My role
- Researched and defined the problem via interviews and ethnographic studies.
- Successfully ran an iterative, user-centric design process to come up with the solution - extremely rare within a tight-lipped bureaucracy unaccustomed to talking to civilians.
- Contributed code front and back end code.
- Fostered a collaborative environment with Engineering, involving them early and encouraging their feedback.
